Riley Foster uses recycled lawn mowers, gas tanks, bicycle parts, or anything else he can scrounge to produce exagerated garden art. His "dirty bugs", human-like characters that move, and large sun faces are included in his very fun display. Some of his characters have found their way into "The House of Blues" art collection.
