The images on this page have been updated as of March 19, 2004. I have gotten the best images I can with my limited digital ability. They have been photographed through glass, which makes them appear a little blury. The selection is wonderful.
Virginia L. Dauth considers herself an "expressive colorist" exploring the medium of chalk pastels. Her landscapes are detailed vistas with such color that you feel drawn into as if they are an entrance to another world and you can't quite see what is over the next hill, or beyond the trees.
Most of the images are of sold pieces by Dauth. We have a wonderful selection of her work in the gallery, but they are difficult to photograph well.
